My congratulations and appreciation to 2011 President, Hanna Knapp and her team for setting a record for the Victor Valley Chapter! 
 
Working on a point system, every Chapter performing within pre-determined ranges is recognized with an award of merit.
 
Because the Victor Valley Chapter
provided outstanding member value
